Activate unified content management

You can activate the framework and regulation from the unified content management landing page.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_audit.shared_manager, sn_audit_ws.supervisor

Procedure

1. Navigate to Workspaces > Audit Workspace.
2. In the Audit Workspace, select the Unified content management landing page icon ().
3. Select Activate on a framework and regulation.
   Select the year drop-down to select the framework version.

   

   A disclaimer page pops-up for you to agree.
4. Select one or more citations and then select Next.

   

5. Review the selected citations and select Submit to activate the framework and regulation.

   

Result

After you select submit, the authority document is available for you along with the selected citations associated to this authority document.
