    • Add related citations to a control manually.

    Before you begin

    Role required: Compliance Manager (sn_compliance_ws.corporate_compliance_manager) or Corporate Compliance Analyst (sn_compliance_ws.corporate_compliance_analyst)

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Policy and Compliance > Compliance Workspace.
    2. Select the List icon (List icon.).
    3. Navigate to Compliance library > Controls.
    4. Select the control where you want to associate additional citations.
    5. In the Control page, navigate to the Citations tab, and select Add.
      The Citation available for associations dialog displays only the eligible citations that can be associated to the control:
      • Citations linked to the control’s control objective and its parent hierarchy.
      • If the control is independent (no control objective), all citations are available.
    6. Select the citations that you want to associate and select Add.

    Result

    The new citations now appear in the Controls tab.
