# Configure workspace page {#ariaid-title1}

You can configure and customize your workspaces so that all the GRC applications have a similar appearance.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_grc_workspace.admin.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllGRC AdministrationWorkspace Page Configuration.
2. Select the record that you want to configure.
3. Open the record and on the form, click here to edit the record.  
   On the form, fill in the fields. For more information, see [Workspace page configuration form](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/gfEh2j4zgpTUvjGmG5Z4hA "Description of field values for the workspace configuration form.").Figure 1. Workspace page configuration form
4. Click Update.

## Result

Workspace is customized as per the configuration and looks similar in all the GRC applications.
