# Review and close the feedback

Review the feedback response and take further actions using the Advanced Risk application.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_rvw_feedback.reviewer

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllRiskRisk WorkspaceMy tasks.
2. Open the Feedback that you want to review and assess the respondent's comments and response.
3. If you're satisfied with the response, you have the following choices:
   * To close the feedback, select Close.
   * To close the feedback with an action, select Close and initiate an action.  
     Note:  
     You can create an issue or link the feedback to an existing record to facilitate follow-up and resolution.

4. **Optional:** If you're unsatisfied with the response, select the more actions ![more action icon]() icon and do the following:
   1. Select Move to draft.  
      This action clears previous responses from the respondent.
   2. Select Ok.
