# Configure RCA Access for results letter

# Configure Restricted Caller Access for a results letter {#ariaid-title1}

Once the Grant Program Manager is ready to release the results letters for the applicants, the letters can be configured using Restricted Caller Access.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

Verify that the scope is set to Document Templates.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to System ApplicationApplication Restricted Caller Access Privileges
2. Select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields with the following information.

4. Select Submit.
5. Select New.
6. On the form, fill in the fields with the following information.
