# Manage Capabilities Maps for the Impact Store Application {#ariaid-title1}

Explore and manage the usage status for the capabilities you are entitled to use.

Role required: Impact Platform Owners, Impact Admins, Impact Executives, and Impact Users

## About this task

## Procedure

1. Navigate to Impact Workspace Product AdoptionCapabilities map.
2. In the Product adoption summary section, view the overall usage summary for capabilities under your specific product area.
3. To filter results specific to your product, select your product from the View by list.  
   The Product Adoption Summary provides a clear overview of the capabilities your organization is currently planning or actively using. It also highlights a list of recommended capabilities that include squad recommended capabilities and ServiceNow locked list of recommended standard capabilities.
4. In the Capabilities section, you can expand the workflows and products to view the capabilities and their details such as usage status, entitled, related accelerators, available notes, and last updated date.  
   Note:  
   In the Capabilities section header, you can view the details of the user who last updated the capabilities map along with the timestamp.
5. Navigate the workflows and select a product.  
   All capabilities for the selected workflow and product are displayed in a table with color-coded status indicators
6. Update the capabilities by selecting a capability from the list of capabilities and then select a status from the Change Status menu.
   * Select a capability from the list of capabilities and then select a status from the Change Status menu.
   * Select the Usage Status by double-clicking the usage status column of the selected capability row

7. Select a capability to display the Capability Details Page About tab with the Related Resources.  
8. To hide the capability from appearing in the default view of the capabilities map, select the check box beside the capability, then select Hide button.  

   You can bulk hide capabilities by selecting the check box for multiple capabilities, then select the Hide button.
9. To view the hidden capabilities, select the View Hidden Capabilities link.  
   The default view of the capabilities map displays the hidden capabilities.To restore one or more hidden capabilities, select the check box beside the capability, then select Hide button.
10. To edit capability notes, select the capability to open its details window, then select Edit next to the Capability notes section under the About tab.  
    Note:  
    If there are no capability notes, select Add to add them.
11. To add a new capability manually, select the Add manual capability button and enter the required information in the Add manual capability window.
12. To view the capabilities that have related accelerators, view the related accelerator column for the selected capability.
