# Schedule Monthly Health Assessment scans {#ariaid-title1}

Automate monthly Health Assessment scans and reports to help improve the health of your ServiceNow platform implementation.

## Before you begin

Role required: impact_permission_authorizer

## Procedure

1. Navigate to ImpactPlatform HealthDiagnose.  
   A banner displays introducing the Monthly Health Assessment.
2. Select Turn on.
3. Select the instance type and instance to be enabled for the auto health assessment and provide permission for the scans.  
   Important:  
   If you do not consent to run the automated reports, the Monthly HealthScan reports will not be scheduled.
4. Select Enable.  
   * A success banner displays with the option to request an Accelerator, as needed, or Close.
   * The scans are conducted monthly as long as the consent is active.

5. Access the Monthly HealthScan reports in the [Health Assessment Dashboard](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/crDwGEDbLffHGU6rM3FmtQ "View detailed Health Assessment results closer collaboration with the Impact squad to prioritize, review, and address best practice platform health findings.​").
