### What to do next

To use the spoke actions, your instance must have a MID Server set up and configured to use PowerShell. For more information about running actions on the MID Server, see [Integration steps](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/w0neoT8sD9dV2GkROAtiqg "Enable custom actions to integrate with external systems by activating Integration Hub, which adds integration steps to the Workflow Studio interface."). For more information about the MID Server, see [MID Server](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=mid-server-landing&version=zurich&pubname=zurich-servicenow-platform&ft:locale=en-US).

To set up the MID Server for this spoke, see [Set up MID Server for a spoke](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/vBsVe9yQMxv2CGOFt_dQ4Q "Configure MID Server settings on your ServiceNow instance that enables it to integrate with a third-party application via MID Server after you have set up the connection record for a spoke.").
Note:
You must install the MID Server and Microsoft Active Directory on different servers.
