Deactivate an attended configuration to move the record to inactive state.

## Before you begin

Ensure you are familiar with Embedded Task Automation concepts. For more information, see [Embedded Task Automation (ETA) in RPA Hub](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/Dkq_olS1wbRY1UG2iZUU9A "With the embedded task automation feature, trigger attended bot processes (attended automations) from the ServiceNow forms, apart from initiating them from the Attended Robot application.").

Create an attended configuration record. For more information, see [Create an attended configuration record in RPA Hub](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/k5ynXPgkgpo3W8yOth~2~g "Create an attended configuration record in RPA Hub to trigger an attended bot process that is enabled with embedded task automation.").

Ensure that the RPA developer (sn_rpa_fdn.rpa_developer) is in the Managed by Group list of the associated bot process that is assigned to an Attended Configuration record.

Role required: sn_rpa_fdn.rpa_release_manager, sn_rpa_fdn.rpa_developer, or sn_rpa_fdn.rpa_admin

2. Select the list icon (![List icon.]()).
3. Navigate to the Attended Configuration record either from the Attended Configuration menu list or from an attended bot process record's related list.
