Set up connections and credentials

    • Define connections to access the instances when building automation using Requirement Intake Diagram.

    Before you begin

    Role required:
    • The admin role is required to create an alias.
    • The credential_admin and connection_admin roles have read access to the alias record.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Connections & Credentials > Connection & Credential Aliases.
    2. Select Create PAD Process.
    3. Select New in the Connections and Child Aliases tab under Related links.
    4. Select Submit.

    Result

    The connection is now available as an instance for creating an automation.
