The AI Admin Center home page provides features to quickly set up your AI implementation, find automation opportunities, track performance of AI solutions, and access related AI applications.
Your home page is tailored to suit your specific environment, role, and business objectives. The appearance your home page and its sections display accordingly. The entitlements, Impact subscription, plugin installations, and data associated with your instance may affect your experience on the home page.

The following sections may appear on your home page based on your instance.

## Actionable use cases {#now-assist-center-home-page__section_bdm_rl5_k3c}

The first section of the home page displays a series of AI-generated cards that represent quick-start use cases. Each use case is tailored to your environment and proposed to help you implement AI adoption, best practices, and
administrative setup on the platform.
Figure 1. Actionable use cases section

Select Activate on the card to begin, and a conversation will open in the ServiceNow Otto panel. In the ServiceNow Otto panel, you can use natural language to have your AI companion implement the use case.

After it is implemented, the card disappears and the new solution appears under the Recently activated AI section of the home page.

For more information, see [Activating actionable use cases from AI Admin Center](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/57Ze18JCayZMpRuGEa3kSQ "Actionable use cases are quick-start scenarios that help you rapidly adopt AI capabilities on your instance.").

## Automation opportunities {#now-assist-center-home-page__section_aqf_bm5_k3c}

This section shows the most relevant opportunities to automate actions or workflows in your instance using AI. The opportunities appear as actionable cards, each showing the results of an assessment performed by AI Agent Advisor.
Figure 2. Automation opportunities section

AI Agent Advisor analyzes your instance data to identify the leading AI opportunities, estimates the potential time savings for each opportunity, and finds the AI agents needed to support the automation.
