    • The extract information from documents skill allows you to use ServiceNow Otto predictions to extract information from document and image files.

    ServiceNow Otto uses generative AI capabilities to extract values from the document based on the fields, tables, and questions defined in the skill’s use case. The extracted information is turned into structured data that can be used in the platform.

    Agents can use the Document Intelligence workspace to review and confirm the extracted information.
