Create an operational resource plan and allocate a certain portion of your team
capacity for operational work, such as administration, meeting, or training.

## Before you begin

Important:  
Resource plans in Resource Management will no longer be available for new customers from future releases.

Role required: resource_user, resource_manager, it_project_manager, demand_manager, admin

## About this task

Create a resource plan for an operational work type such as Meeting, Training, Admin work, or Phone call.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllResourceResource PlansCreate New Operational Plan.
2. On the Resource form, fill in the fields.

3. Select Save.
