Add stakeholders to a demand

Delegate assignments and track demand progress by managing the stakeholders associated with a demand.

Before you begin

Role required: it_demand_manager

A demand can have multiple stakeholders and a stakeholder can be associated with multiple demands.

To create, edit, or delete demand stakeholders, you can also use the Add stakeholders Playbook activity. For more information, see Use Playbook in Next Experience for Demand Management.

Navigate to Workspaces > Strategic Planning Workspace.
Select the Demands icon.
Open a demand from the All Demands list.
Select Details from the navigation menu.
Select the Stakeholders tab.

Note:
If the Stakeholders tab isn't visible, select More and then select Stakeholders.
Select New.
On the Demand Stakeholder form, fill in the fields.

Select Save.
