# View live CI data logs

# View live CI data logs {#ariaid-title1}

View CI logs to receive additional details on an incident when viewing live CI data. For example, viewing log information for a process with high CPU usage can help you pinpoint when the usage went up, helping you determine
the root cause of the issue.

## Before you begin

Ensure that you have installed Agent Client Collector Framework and Service Operations Workspace on your instance.

Role required: itil

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesService Operations Workspace.
2. Select the Lists icon (![Lists icon]()).
3. Select IncidentsAll.
4. Select an incident from the list.
5. Select the Live CI Data tab.
6. Select the Logs link on the right side of the pane.

   Note:  
   The data last refreshed value follows the instance time zone and not your local system time zone. Therefore, ensure that your local system time zone matches the instance time zone.  
   The logs appear on the Log page.
