    • AI indicators mark the artifacts that the LEAP AI agent creates. They appear on the home page list and on the automation opportunity details page.

    Where AI indicators appear

    The following table describes where the AI indicator appears and how it behaves.

    An AI icon AI icon column identifies the automation opportunities that have artifacts created by the LEAP AI agent. When you hover over the AI icon, a pop up card appears with information related to the agent-generated problem (PRB) and knowledge base (KB) records:

    • Select the PRB link to open the record in the Service Operations Workspace.
    • Select kb link to open the article in the Knowledge Center.

    The Action insights section for agent-generated artifact appears in a gradient style.
