You can download and install LEAP application from the ServiceNow® Store to manage your IT operations efficiently.

## Configuration overview {#configuring-aiops-leap__cf-config-parent-checklist}

1. [Install LEAP](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/JHaNLu9uE99ASvy8sXYWUQ "You can install the LEAP application using ServiceNow Otto for IT Operations Management (ITOM) (sn_itom_gen_ai) if you have the admin role. The application installs related ServiceNow Store applications and plug-ins if they aren’t already installed.")

   Install LEAP if you have the admin role.
2. [Setup LEAP properties](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/0RjSB_xb~r07~FvTzCPjhQ "Configure LEAP properties to estimate cost and time savings calculations for your organization.")

   View and modify the LEAP LEAP properties as per your requirements.
3. [Activate LEAP](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/vl35QgwoG8914yhufr1I9A "Activate the LEAP skill after installing the application to assemble and categorize incidents.")

   Activate LEAP to enable grouping of incidents, create problem records, and generate resolution playbooks.{#configuring-aiops-leap__p_fkk_gsf_cfc}
4. [Change LEAP large language model (LLM)](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/0ZIOu5yZ1kxClMkGzk8mxA "LEAP allows you to change the default LLM provider from the Now LLM to your required LLM.")

   Modify the LLM model to suit your requirements.

   Configure the integration between LEAP and Ansible Automation Platform to enable automated discovery and execution of Ansible job templates.
