Make catalog item visible

  • You can use the catalog items created in cloud management, in standard service portal.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to a cloud catalog item.
    2. Add Service Catalog or your specific catalog to the Catalog item.
    3. Save it.
    4. Select categories from Related list items.
    5. Edit the categories and add a category from service catalog or your specific catalog.
    6. Visit the service catalog page or your specific catalog page.
      The new catalog item shows up.
