Install the ServiceNow Otto for IT Operations Management (ITOM) plugin to enable generative AI and agentic AI on your instance.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AdminAdmin Home.  
   The Admin Home page displays.

2. Select the IT Operations Management tile.  
   The IT Operations Management page in the Product Hub displays.
3. Select the Not Installed tab.
4. On the ServiceNow Otto for IT Operations Management (ITOM) card, select the Application Manager icon (![]()).  
   The Application Manager page displays.
5. Select Install.  
   Once the installation completes, ServiceNow Otto for IT Operations Management (ITOM) displays in the Installed tab of the Product Hub.
