Access Configuration Console from AIOps Configuration Center

    • Access ITOM Configuration Console to set up Event Management and configure AIOps capabilities.

    Before you begin

    Verify that the ITOM AIOps and ServiceNow Otto for ITOM plugins are installed.

    Role required: evt_mgmt_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
    2. From the bottom of the navigation pane, select the AIOps configuration center icon ITOM AIOps configuration center icon.
      The ITOM AIOps configuration center page appears. The configuration center is a centralized workspace. Use it to configure and manage AIOps features from a single place.
    3. On the ITOM AIOps configuration center page, under Setup > Get started section, select Event Management Onboarding.

      The Configure IT Operations Management page opens.

      The Configure IT Operations Management page where you can see the Discovery and the Event Management modules.

      Note:
      The Configure with Otto UI action appears only after you install both the ServiceNow Otto for ITOM and Now Assist plugins. This action lets you set up Now Assist powered alert handling, so you get AI assistance without configuring it manually.
