Remove user from Event Management admin role

    • Remove user from the evt_mgmt_admin role when you no longer need them.

    Before you begin

    Verify that you have installed the ITOM AIOps and Now Assist for IT Operations Management (ITOM) plugins.

    Ensure you're in the Configure IT Operations Management page.

    Role required: evt_mgmt_admin or evt_team_operator

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Configuration Summary > Event Management > Platform foundations.
    2. Expand Platform foundations.
    3. Select Assign Event Management admins.
    4. Select the check box next to the user you want to remove.
    5. Select Remove role.
      The user is removed from the list of Assign Event Management admins page.
