Create a policy set

Create a policy set in Cloud Configuration Governance to group policies that enforce a given security or organization standard. When the scan configuration runs the policy set, it identifies the cloud resources that don’t adhere to the set standards. A policy set can contain one or more policies.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_itom_ccg.governor

Procedure

1. Navigate to Cloud Configuration Governance > Policy Sets.
2. Select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   Table 1. Policy Sets form

   Field	Description
   Name	Name of the policy set.
   Provider type	Cloud that hosts the resources to be scanned through the policies attached to the policy set.
   Description	Brief description of the policy set.
   Policies	Policies that you want to group to enforce a given security or organizational standard. The policy set can contain more than one policy.

4. Select Submit.
