Verify that the Advanced Promotion Engine definitions that come with the base system are active.

About this task
The active definitions promote a group of anomaly alerts to the All Alerts table when all of the definition's conditions are met.
You can't modify the conditions of the definitions that come with the base system. For information on creating customized definitions, see Create a definition for the Advanced Promotion Engine.
