The analyze Service Observability dashboard skill uses generative AI to provide an analysis of a Service Observability dashboard. You must activate this skill before using it.

Before you begin

Before activating the AI skills, you must install the following:

ServiceNow Otto for ITOM plugin. For more information, see Install the ServiceNow Otto for IT Operations Management (ITOM) plugin.
Service Observability. For more information, see Install Service Observability.

Role required: admin

Procedure

Navigate to All > AI Admin > Skills
On the navigation panel, select ITOM.
On the Analyze Service Observability dashboard tile, select Activate.
