View the primary alerts associated with a service to help troubleshoot issues with the service.

## Before you begin

Role required: evt_mgmt_admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesService Operations Workspace.
2. From the left navigation bar, select the Service Dashboard icon: .  
   The Service Dashboard page appears.  
   Note:  
   The application services that appear in the Service Dashboard are those added to the Impact Filter Services list. For more information, see [Add application services for impact calculation](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/B9zDAon3yTie7J2QlZQNtw "Specify the application services that must be considered during impact calculation to ensure accurate service impact assessment."). {#view-primary-alerts-from-service-sow__workspace-dashboard-icon}
3. Select a service tile.  
   A pop-up window displays the business criticality and severity of a service.
4. Select Service Details.  
   By default, the Details tab is selected.
5. Select the Related records tab.
6. From the left pane, select Related Alerts.  

   View details about an alert by selecting its number in the Number column.
