    Table 1. Add services for your teams
    Field Description
    Service name Enter a name for your service. For example, Cloud storage service. Your teams see this name in SRM.
    Service class Select either service instance or technology management service .
    Business criticality Specify how important the service is to the business:
    • 1 - most critical
    • 2 - somewhat critical
    • 3 - less critical
    • 4 - not critical
    Operational status Select the status of your service:
    • Operational
    • Non-operational
    • Repair in Progress
    • DR Standby
    • Ready
    • Retired
    • Pipeline
    • Catalog
    Short description Describe your service to help your teams understand its purpose and other relevant information.
