Service Reliability Management (SRM) helps your organization respond, collaborate, track, and self-remediate when working on alerts and incidents. SRM is available when you have both ITSM Standard and ITOM Operator Professional subscriptions.

## Install from the Store {#sr-landing-page__section_gql_pfq_4bc}

Install SRM from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. When installing from the store, first confirm that you have all the dependencies needed by selecting the Dependencies tab.
