• Assess the quality of your agent's completed tasks
  Assess the ability of your agents to resolve incidents or the quality of their completed tasks.
• Create a survey in Workforce Optimization for ITSM
  Create surveys and publish them. You can assign published surveys to an agent or a group. You can also share the survey with other teams by adding managers of those teams as the owners of the survey.​
