Create a recall campaign phase claim assigned to those logged in to the workspace.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListsRecall ManagementAll CampaignsAll Campaign phases.
2. Select New.
3. Create a recall campaign phase by referring to [Create My campaign phases](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/4_KktD4SbCXJwP~vqP_WTA "Display the claims assigned to the person who has logged in to the workspace.").
