Create a recall claim and submit it for approval.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to Dealer PortalCatalogsCustomer operationsRepair claim.
2. On the Claim details form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values, see [Claim details form](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/h2TaZpz3NuC~hA50GzcM_Q "The Claim details form enables the dealer to enter the claim details for the repair work performed.").
3. Select Continue.  
   The Claim jobs form appears.
4. Select Add claim jobs.
5. Set Type to <kbd class="ph userinput">Recall</kbd>.
6. On the Claim jobs form, fill in the fields.

7. Select Submit.

The Claim job is successfully submitted for review and approval.
