# View RFQs

# View requests for quotes (RFQs) on the Business Portal {#ariaid-title1}

Access, review, and track all your submitted quote requests directly from the Business Portal without having to contact a sales agent.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_customerservice.customer

## Procedure

1. Log in to the Business Portal.
2. Navigate to RequestsView submitted requestsView request for quotes.
3. Select an RFQ record to view its details.
4. View the pricing information, product offering, quantity ordered, and other details by selecting the Request for quote lines tab.
5. View the order instructions, billing, and shipping details by selecting the Other information tab.
6. Check the status of your quote request in the State field in the RFQ header section.

7. If the agent has converted the RFQ to a quote, a View quote button is available for you to view the quote details.
