    You must have access to Now Support in a regulated environment.

    Procedure

    1. Log in to Now Support for your regulated environment.
    2. Access the ServiceNow Federal Store by scrolling to the end of the page and selecting the Visit the ServiceNow Federal Store button.

    Result

    You’re logged in to the federal or regional instance of the ServiceNow Store that corresponds with your regulated environment.
