Approve a false positive

As a false positive approver, you can approve false positive requests from other users.

Important:

You can approve or reject false positive requests in the Vulnerability Manager Workspace.

Before you begin

Role required: false_positive_approver

You can also approve exception and false positive requests in the classic environment:

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Container Vulnerability Response > My Approvals.
2. Select a request from your queue.
3. Approve or reject the request with appropriate comments.
   Note:

   A false positive can be time bound. Only the approver can set the end date.
