Personalize a list

  • Security analysts or managers can personalize the security incidents or response tasks or phishing emails custom list view based on their individual preferences.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_si.analyst

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > Security Incident Response Workspace.
    2. Select List View.
    3. Select My Lists.
    4. Select Add new list, available at the bottom of My Lists view.

      Security analysts can create either another version of an existing list or an entirely a new customized list.
    5. To create from an existing list view:
      1. Select the Start from existing link.
      2. Select the List from the drop-down list.
        Note:
        Whatever list you select from the drop-down list, the list name will be the copy of your main List. For example, if you select Assigned to Me within the security incidents section, then the List name will be Assigned to Me Copy of the security incidents section.
      3. Select the columns to be personalized and add filters.
        Build a filter by adding conditions that contain a field, operator, and value(s).
      4. Select Create.
        Note:
        To customize your own list view, you can add custom columns, filters, set conditions, sort by the order as required.
      5. After a personalized list view is created, then select the gear icon and customize the list columns by choosing Edit columns option to edit the columns and put them in order that you prefer.

        You can also:

        • Rename the personalized list view.
        • Delete the personalized list view.
        • Save the personalized list view as desired using Save as option.
        • Reset width of the list view.
        Note:
        You can also directly perform these operations using the other List Actions buttons such as assigning, deleting, exporting the list view which are provided.
    6. To create your own list:
      1. Select the Create your own link.
      2. Provide a List Name.
      3. Select the Source and Columns.
      4. Add filters.
        Build a filter by adding conditions and provide the order in which the list should be appeared.
      5. Select Create.
        Create your personalized list view.
        A new list gets created as defined and customized by you underneath the My Lists section.
        Note:
        you can Reorder your personalized view by moving their positions.
