Managing Approvals via the Employee Service Center
The updated Employee Service Center experience consolidates vulnerability approvals under one interface.This allows customers to efficiently manage security exceptions without navigating multiple systems or UIs.

About this task
Viewing Tasks: In the My Tasks tab- All pending tasks related to vulnerability approvals are displayed.
Each task provides a summary including:
- Desired State
- Issue Description
- Reason for Exception
- Impacted services
- Insights tabs
- Activity
Navigating Approval Details: Each task lets the approver access:
- A direct link to the CA record.
- A link to the questionnaire (if the approver has permission)
- Related VIT record for further investigation.
