  • For using the Knowledge Center, the admin must enable system properties and configure the features that enable agents to use its generative AI skills within their application workspace.

    The first step in configuring the Knowledge Center involves enabling the following system properties:
    • sn_km_center.glide.knowman.ece.enable
    • sn_km_center.glide.knowman.enable
    • sn_km_center.glide.knowman.redirect.enable
