    ServiceNow Connect is a real-time messaging platform that connects you to your coworkers, bypassing email and static documents. Connect integrates with other features within the system, such as Visual Task Boards, Human Resources Management, and Customer Service Management. The Connect interface overlays the standard interface, which allows users to participate in conversations while they work.

    Orchestration

    Take the power of ServiceNow beyond the ServiceNow AI Platform. Orchestration extends the platform’s automation capabilities to external instances, with activity packs to automate IT and business processes. Create more activities and packs using Activity Designer and Scoped Applications, and track data flow through your external activities with Databus.

    Task Communications Management

    Define and implement communications plans based on any event you choose. The Task Communications Management app assists event-based communication through Slack, SMS, and email. Define plans, connect plans with task tables, and ensure easy collaboration and issue resolution.
