Create a Password Reset verification from an existing verification

The Password Reset application includes several example verifications that you can use as they are or as the basis for a custom verification. If the verification types in the base system do not meet your needs, you can create a custom verification type.

Role required: password_reset_admin

About this task

Note:

The Password Reset Windows Application does not support custom verifications.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Password Reset > Verifications and select a verification.
2. If needed, modify the parameters on the Password Reset Verification Parameters tab.
   The parameters are described in the instructions for the type of verification that you are working on.
3. Click Submit.
   Note:

   Each verification type has properties that control the user experience. Review the property settings and update as needed.
