    Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence are pervasive these days. With the Kingston Release, ServiceNow will support ML natively within the platform.​ These capabilities have been used to create some out-of-the-box solutions to help improve customer satisfaction and first contact resolution rates by automatically categorizing, prioritizing and assigning incidents for ITSM, and cases for CSM. This talk will provide an overview of these use cases as well as an overview of the architecture, and the programming model behind the ML/AI capabilities in the platform.

    Guided Tour Designer allows the instance administrator team to create customizable guidance using page based tours to help ServiceNow end users become more productive.   Tours can reduce the learning curve for the ServiceNow functionality and applications, thereby increasing productivity and user satisfaction. Tours can be created across multiple aspects of the system including by user role, multiple page processes and multiple topics per page.  Playback of tour will be made available in embedded help.  The designer will be apt for somebody responsible for instance setup, end-user education, and developers of custom applications.

This approach enables multiple business units, departments and regions to leverage the same production instance of ServiceNow, maintain process deviations and configurations across user populations in a controlled way, provide data and administration segregation where necessary, and to preserve shared data and process benefits where appropriate.​
