Driving ESG in a digital world: Report for ServiceNow

ESG programs are now a top priority for the C-suite execs, who are busy integrating ESG goals into the fabric of their business. To better understand how organizations are achieving their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals, ServiceNow paired with ThoughtLab to conduct a global survey of 1,000 C-level executives. We identified each organization’s stage of digital transformation to better understand how digital technologies help them achieve these goals. Survey respondents included a mix of leaders working in five industry sectors across 13 countries. Revenue sizes ranged from $350 million to more than $5 billion.
