Navigating Macro Uncertainty: A Report for ServiceNow

To understand how companies and public entities are responding to macroeconomic uncertainty, ServiceNow and ThoughtLab conducted a global survey of 1,000 C-level executives across 13 countries and five sectors. Bedrijfsnaam sizes ranged from $350 million to more than $5 billion in annual revenue. Executives were asked about how they are responding to economic conditions in the present and near term. Interestingly, the report finds that organizations on the whole are bullish about the future and accelerating their investment in digital innovation, partly to cushion against elevating risks. The report also highlights differences in how digitally mature companies are reacting to conditions compared to less advanced companies.
