Christine Antonelli is the President of SEI LLC, a provider of quality technical support to the retail and financial services industries. Over the past two decades, Christine has lead teams to deliver best-in-class support solutions to brands including McDonald's, BMW, Citibank, Sonic Drive-In, and Jiffy Lube.

Lara Caimi joined in December 2017 and currently serves as ServiceNow's Chief Strategy Officer where she leads Corporate Strategy, Strategic Alliances, Customer Experience and Operational Excellence on behalf of the company. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Lara spent 14 years at Bain & Company. As a Partner at Bain in San Francisco, Lara spent her time advising technology companies on topics of growth strategy, performance improvement, go-to-market strategy, M&A and merger integrations. Prior to business school, Lara also worked as a private equity analyst at Halpern, Denny & Co. Lara holds a B.A. in Economics and English Literature from St. Olaf College, earned a M.I.B. at The University of Sydney as a Fulbright Scholar, and received her M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Eric Ensminger
With more than 25 years in functional and digital leadership roles, Eric joined United Airlines in November 2015. In his current role, Managing Director of IT – Employee and Enterprise Systems, Eric is responsible for enabling IT for employees, employee experience and finance. He has a passion for enabling front line employees with technology to better serve customers. His team delivered the first in airline industry mobile customer service app to win a 2017 CIO 100 Award.
Prior to United, Eric spent 10 years with General Electric working in functional Supply Chain and IT roles progressing to CIO Supply Chain GE Distributed Power where he won Oracle Innovation of the Year 2015 for Supply Chain Planning. Eric also worked for Oracle/PeopleSoft/J.D.Edwards, as Program Director leading large multinational implementations specializing in complex co-development and innovative systems delivery.
Eric holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. He holds Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute.

Stephanie has been with U.S. Bank for 16 years. She leads an organization focusing on creating the Future Now through digital transformation of the employee experience. Her career has been largely devoted to evolving IT Service Management processes with a focus on creating an environment that drives the best employee and customer experience. Her organization is striving for simplicity leveraging the ServiceNow platform and focused automation efforts while delivering outcomes supporting the One US Bank vision through iterative and collaborative partnerships across the enterprise.

Carissa Wiens is a Director of HR Services for Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She leads strategies on the design, delivery and implementation of HR Services. This includes delivering a premier digital employee experience when seeking HR solutions, process automation and simplification of HR Services. Carissa is passionate about Mayo Clinic's primary value "The needs of the patient come first" and believes employees need simple HR services to deliver this value.

Carissa joined Mayo Clinic in 2002 and has held a variety of roles in Human Resources. Her experience includes: Talent Acquisition, Strategic Business Partner, Leadership Development, Succession Planning and HR Service Delivery.

She holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from the University of MN and a master's of business administration in HR management from the University of Phoenix.
