Renee Brown
Biography
Renee is what you get when you mix a creative leader and passionate advocate of organisational change, with an experienced IT and Operations executive! With 20 years IT and operations experience, Renee heads the IT Service Management process and practice teams within nbn Co IT & Security Operations. This team includes experts across all IT Service Management capabilities who are continuously looking at ways IT can improve customer experience, facilitate decision making and add value to nbn through enabling its people, processes and technology. Renee was the program lead for nbn's recent ITOM and ITSM implementation and she remains the nbn Service Owner for ServiceNow, ensuring the continued success and development of the platform in meeting the needs of nbn.

Paul DeQuaasteniet
Biography
Paul is a transformation leader focusing on digital strategy, operating model transitions and organisational change implementation. He's currently working with Watercare leading their Strategic Transformation Programme (STP), a 2-year design-led digital reinvention programme across people, process, data and technology domains. Paul has worked in the Middle East, Asia and New Zealand in utilities, manufacturing, consumer products, oil & gas, transportation & logistics and health organisations. Paul believes that transformation success often comes down to being human-centered, which requires strong leadership, nimble, cross-functional teams and a 'safe to experiment' working culture.

Biography
Greg Petroff is the Global Head of Design at ServiceNow. At ServiceNow, he leads the company's growing Experience organization efforts to define the human experience of work, connecting people to workflow and systems in meaningful ways.
Greg has managed teams and practiced as a designer for over 25 years in user experience, branding and customer experience roles at SAP, GE Digital and Google before joining ServiceNow in 2018. Greg serves as an Academic Board Advisor to ISDI University.
Greg was a founding board member of the Interaction Design Association, former board member of the Industrial Internet Consortium. Open Connectivity Foundation and Open Fog Consortium.

Biography
Dan Rogers joined ServiceNow in July 2016 and currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to ServiceNow, he served as CMO at Symantec. Before Symantec, Dan held positions as CMO of the EMEA region at Salesforce, Head of Global Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Demand Generation for Amazon Web Services, and in senior marketing and product management roles at Microsoft.

Biography
Farhoud Salimi is an accomplished senior executive with over 20 years of experience servicing public and private sector organisations across the financial services, healthcare, insurance, FMCG and professional services industries.
Farhoud is the Executive Director, Service Delivery at eHealth NSW. In this role, he leads a workforce of 900+ ICT professionals responsible for the operational support and delivery of state-wide digital initiatives to NSW Health, the largest health care system in Australia, and among the largest in the world.
Farhoud has delivered key transformation programs for eHealth NSW, such as implementation and support of a state-wide ERP (including the largest Oracle Payroll system in the southern hemisphere), and Service Management (ServiceNow) solutions servicing over 140,000 users spanning 20 health agencies. He has also led numerous development and infrastructure programs, including the establishment of the eHealth NSW public and private cloud service offerings.
In his previous roles, Farhoud has been a driving force to key implementations and support of business platforms for some of Australia's largest organisations, including Coca-Cola Amatil, CNA Insurance and Westpac Banking Corporation. Farhoud holds a Bachelor of Computer Science with Honors from the University of New South Wales and was recipient for the global Oracle Open World 2015 'Innovation Award', for his team's design and deployment of the NSW Health Private Oracle Cloud platform.

As ServiceNow's global VP Innovation Chris brings more than 15 years of C-level executive experience with leading technology solutions and platforms across Product Management and Strategy. Being able to identify, challenge and deliver the business drivers as well as the technical capabilities of ServiceNow, Chris has built long-standing, trusted, partnerships at the highest levels of his customers ensuring the delivery of meaningful outcomes for all. Chris also has the rare, added-value, experience of having been a ServiceNow customer multiple times so understands the client and the vendor perspectives on business transformation.
Chris' proven track record working at and with the largest organisations globally, has seen him recognized as a thought leader in process and methodology. Chris holds a Bachelors of Science degree Electronic Engineering, is a well-published author and contributor to many leading digital publications and blogs. He is active in mentoring students and colleagues, providing coaching and career guidance.
