Biography
Dave is the Chief Innovation Officer at ServiceNow. Dave is responsible for establishing the strategic direction of ServiceNow, from high-level investment areas in product development through acquisitions. Prior to his current role, he was the Global VP of Solutions Consulting for ServiceNow. Dave has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.

Biography
Patricia Grant joined ServiceNow in March 2017, reporting to CIO Chris Bedi. She's creating a world class PMO using ServiceNow products and building a business operations organization to run IT like a business. Patricia is driving digital transformation across G&A generating outcomes and demonstrating real business value. She built the Now on Now program that showcases how ServiceNow uses its Now Platform to drive digital transformation and provides feedback into the product engineering team on a regular basis.

Biography
The Canterbury and West Coast District Health Boards directly employ more than 10,500 people, and thousands more work to deliver health services to the almost 600,000 people of the Canterbury and West Coast regions of New Zealand. As Chief People Officer, Michael is accountable for leading people strategy and for building the capability of the Canterbury and West Coast health systems. Michael is also the Chairman of the Heads of Human Resources for all 20 New Zealand District Health Boards. Between them, they employ more than 70,000 people providing care to more than 4 million New Zealanders.
Before coming to health, Michael worked on a range of leadership and capability building challenges in industries including financial services, energy, manufacturing and the public sector, with work experience in Asia and the Pacific, North America and New Zealand. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Canterbury, and an MBA from Henley Business School in the United Kingdom.

Biography
Simon’s distinguished career includes being named as one of AFR Boss True Leaders for the 21st century, with Carol Schwartz noting; "I don’t know one CEO or chairman in corporate Australia who has not worked with Simon Longstaff".
Simon has a PhD in Philosophy from Cambridge University where he lectured and consulted to the Cambridge Commonwealth and Overseas Trusts. He worked in the Northern Territory in the Safety Department of BHP subsidiary, GEMCO before becoming the inaugural Executive Director of The Ethics Centre in 1991.
He was also inaugural President of The Australian Association for Professional & Applied Ethics and serves on a number of boards and committees across a broad spectrum of activities. He is a Fellow of the World Economic Forum.

Liam Malone is nothing short of inspiring. The retired blade running Paralympian has followed his passion for technology and innovation to work with Auckland-based artificial intelligence (AI) firm Soul Machines, known for their cutting edge, world leading AI technology.
From technology for shopping assistants to customer service agents, Soul Machines creates life-like digital humans for business to employ to humanise online self-service, it’s a concept Air New Zealand, among others have already trialed.
Unlike many futurists, Liam is working with these technologies and seeing their advances daily, thereby offering a unique insight into the industry, what’s ahead and what it means for doing business as we know it.
