What’s the cancellation policy?
There’s no cancellation policy given that this is a complimentary event. However, if you’re unable to attend, we’d appreciate being notified at nowatworksydney@servicenow.com.

When will the program agenda be available?
A preliminary agenda is now available. Please check back often. We’ll be updating the agenda as new information becomes available.
What types of sessions and tracks can I expect?
The Now at Work Sydney agenda includes ServiceNow expert and customer keynotes on delivering modern digital transformations, plus breakout sessions on IT and security, employee, and customer workflows, and the Now Platform®.
When can I register for sessions?
You can now view the sessions in our Catalog. Once you are registered, you can log in and build your agenda.

What’s the closest airport?
The ICC is approximately 20 minutes from the Sydney Domestic Airport and 30 minutes from the Sydney International Airport via taxi.

I’m interested in exhibiting at this event. Who should I contact?
You may pick up your badge at the ICC Sydney, level 4, on the day of the event. For express check-in, have your QR code handy—it'll help you navigate the on-site registration process quickly. Arrive early to avoid the crowds.
Can I get into Now at Work Sydney without a badge?
No, only badged attendees will be allowed access to Now at Work events.
Will meals be provided during Now at Work Sydney?
On arrival, tea, coffee plus a light breakfast will be available. Lunch will also be provided. Refreshments and snacks offered during the morning and afternoon breaks, and light appetisers and drinks during the Now Expo Networking Cocktail Reception.
Is there a cloak room or bag drop area?
Yes, please find it in room E3.10 on level 3 of the ICC.
What if I have special dietary requirements or a food allergy?
You’ll be able to indicate your dietary preferences during the registration process and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Will Wi-Fi access be available at the convention centre?
Yes, Wi-Fi access will be available throughout the day.
What is the attire?
Business casual is the recommended attire.
What kind of weather should I anticipate?
The temperatures are expected to range from 15°C to 23°C.
