Biography
Lara Caimi joined in December 2017 and currently serves as ServiceNow's Chief Strategy Officer where she leads Corporate Strategy, Strategic Alliances, Customer Experience and Operational Excellence on behalf of the company. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Lara spent 14 years at Bain & Company. As a Partner at Bain in San Francisco, Lara spent her time advising technology companies on topics of growth strategy, performance improvement, go-to-market strategy, M&A and merger integrations. Prior to business school, Lara also worked as a private equity analyst at Halpern, Denny & Co. Lara holds a B.A. in Economics and English Literature from St. Olaf College, earned a M.I.B. at The University of Sydney as a Fulbright Scholar, and received her M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

As ServiceNow's global VP Innovation Chris brings more than 15 years of C-level executive experience with leading technology solutions and platforms across Product Management and Strategy. Being able to identify, challenge and deliver the business drivers as well as the technical capabilities of ServiceNow, Chris has built long-standing, trusted, partnerships at the highest levels of his customers ensuring the delivery of meaningful outcomes for all. Chris also has the rare, added-value, experience of having been a ServiceNow customer multiple times so understands the client and the vendor perspectives on business transformation. Chris' proven track record working at and with the largest organisations globally, has seen him recognized as a thought leader in process and methodology. Chris holds a Bachelors of Science degree Electronic Engineering, is a well-published author and contributor to many leading digital publications and blogs. He is active in mentoring students and colleagues, providing coaching and career guidance.

Biography
Susan began her ServiceNow journey when she joined Space Telescope Science Institute in 2015 to run their ITSM program and IT support organization. Over the past four years she has worked with scientists, astronomers and systems engineers to transform how the astronomical community around the globe receives support for Hubble Space Telescope and the new James Webb Space Telescope. Susan has worked in IT for over 25 years and has a passion for using ServiceNow in her organization's digital transformation.
