David Schneider joined in June 2011 and currently serves as ServiceNow's Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Schneider served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales of the Backup Recovery Systems division of EMC from July 2009 to June 2011. From January 2004 to July 2009, Schneider held senior positions at Data Domain, most recently Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Prior to joining Data Domain, he held positions as Vice President of Alliances, Channel and OEM Sales at Borland Software, Vice President of Western United States Sales at TogetherSoft Corporation (later acquired by Borland Software), and Western Regional Manager at Iona Technologies, Inc. Schneider holds a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Irvine.



Chirantan “CJ” Desai joined in December 2016 and currently serves as ServiceNow's Chief Product Officer. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Desai was with EMC from September 2013 until December 2016. While at EMC Desai was the President of the Emerging Technolog ies Division from September 2014 to December 2016. From November 2004 to September 2013 Desai held sever al leadership roles at Symantec Corporation, including Executive Vice President of Information Management from January 2013 to September 2013. Prior to Symantec, Desai held product development roles at Pivotal Corporation and Oracle Corporation. Mr. Desai currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Zebra Technologies Corp., an enterprise asset intelligence company. Desai holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinoi s at Urbana ‑ Champaign.



Prior to his current role Mike served as ServiceNow's Area Vice President of Sales, West US and West Canada from April 2013‑Dec 2015. He joined ServiceNow in June 2011 as Sales Director Northwest US. 

Mike Rich served as Head of Sales for Kleiner Perkins funded Datameer from February 2010 – February 2011. Rich was the VP of Sales at a software development search technology upstart Krugle from Oct 2007‑March 2009, prior to that he served as Sales Director at Borland from 2002‑2006. 

Rich started his technology career at Apple Computer in the early 90’s which led him in 1994 to his first software startup, Pure Software founded by Reed Hastings, now CEO and Founder of Netflix and he has been passionate about the power software technology and how it changes peoples lives since. 

Rich holds a B.A. in Political Science from University of California, Santa Barbara.  




Tom has more than 30 years’ experience in the application of information technologies to take advantage of business opportunities and overcome business challenges.  Tom is Vice President, IT Infrastructure Services at AbbVie. In his role, Tom is responsible for delivering the visible front‑end IT services such as email, portals, mobile devices and video conferencing capabilities to AbbVie’s employees and partners, while assuring the back‑end network, application and data services are operating at their highest availability and performance.

Prior to Abbott Laboratories’ split, Tom previously held several positions in Abbott/Abbvie beginning his career in the Diagnostics business unit where he held several positions including IT Director, Manufacturing and QA, and IT Director, Commercial Operations. 

Tom moved to Abbott’s Proprietary Pharmaceutical US business unit where he was the Divisional VP, Information Management and Technology, later moving to a joint IT and business operations role as DVP, IT and Commercial Operations. Tom then moved to the position of VP, IT Global Commercial Operations.

Before joining Abbott, Tom was a senior manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he engineered, supported, and operated business critical supply chain, order/service management, analytics, and financial management applications at several large multi‑national companies in a broad range of industries including telecomm, financial services, and consumer packaged goods.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management with Computer Science from Purdue University.
