Allan Leinwand

Chief Technology Officer

Allan Leinwand has built a reputation for managing the world’s most demanding clouds—in B2B and B2C. He is the chief technology officer at ServiceNow, responsible for building and running the ServiceNow Enterprise Cloud—the second largest enterprise cloud computing environment on the planet. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects and guiding the long‑term technology strategy for the company. Before joining ServiceNow, Leinwand was chief technology officer—Infrastructure—at Zynga, Inc. where he was focused on building one of the largest consumer cloud computing environments used in the delivery of the company’s social games to more than 80 million players daily. He got his start as a cloud pioneer at Cisco before “cloud computing” was a term and the idea of accessing applications from anywhere was still very new. In addition to expertise in running large enterprise cloud computing environments, he also provides expertise in software engineering, quality engineering, and product‑market fit to companies including Spoke, Inc.; Bulletproof 360, Inc.; MapAnything, Inc.; Founders Circle Capital; and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. He is a Board member of Marin Software. Leinwand has served as an adjunct professor at the University of California, Berkeley where he taught computer networks, network management, and network design. He holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Scott Harvey

Senior Vice President, Solution Consulting

Scott Harvey has served as Senior Vice President of Solution Consulting since 2014. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Harvey served in several senior leadership roles at VMware, Inc. including VP of Professional Services, VP of Systems Engineering, and VP of Cloud Management Solutions from 2001 to 2014. From 1996‑2001, Harvey served in business development, sales, marketing, and professional services leadership roles for multiple Ssilicon vValley technology startups. Harvey holds a B.A. from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA.

Ravi Malick

Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Vistra Energy

As senior vice president and chief information officer for Vistra Energy, Ravi Malick is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and continued development of the company’s technology platforms as well as delivering new solutions to support the retail, generation, and corporate business units.

Previously, Malick was vice president of technology at TXU Energy, the leading competitive retailer in Texas and a subsidiary of Vistra Energy and its predecessor company, Energy Future Holdings. Malick led TXU Energy’s business technology function, which included all core applications, data and analytics, application security and infrastructure. He rejoined the TXU Energy team in 2013 after serving as vice president of technology governance and strategy at EFH.

He originally joined the Technology Services organization at TXU Energy in early 2011 in a similar capacity, serving as director of performance and vendor and financial management. Shortly after, delivery and operational responsibilities were added when he took on the role of director of customer applications and performance management. During his tenure at TXU Energy and EFH, he has been instrumental in driving significant spend reductions, improved performance, and delivering innovative solutions.

Malick started his career in investment banking and management consulting where he focused on institutional equity management and emerging technologies. Prior to TXU Energy, Malick held the position of chief operating officer at several financial services companies in addition to holding executive positions in sales, consulting and product development at multiple software companies.

In addition to his responsibilities at Vistra Energy, Malick serves on the board for the Dallas Holocaust Museum and Center for Tolerance and the TCU Business Information Systems School; is an executive sponsor for the Technology Ball, a philanthropic organization focused on providing opportunities for youth in STEM; is the President of the Coppell Baseball Association and is an active contributor and participant with United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and GRACE Charities.

Education
Malick is a graduate of Brown University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science.
