Chris Bedi

Chris Bedi joined ServiceNow in September 2015 and currently serves as ServiceNow’s CIO. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Bedi served as CIO of JDSU from August 2011 to March 2015 where he was responsible for IT, Facilities, and Indirect Procurement. Prior to JDSU, Bedi held various positions at VeriSign from April 2002 until August 2011, including CIO, VP Corporate Development, and VP HR Operations. Bedi began his career at KPMG Consulting from June 1996 to April 2002. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Deepak R. Bharadwaj

Vice President and General Manager, HR Business Unit

Deepak R. Bharadwaj is Vice President and General Manager for the HR Business Unit where he is responsible for the overall strategy and growth for ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery product line. Prior to ServiceNow, Deepak was VP of Product Management for Oracle's Talent Acquisition and Talent Management solutions. In the past, he has also held leadership positions in pre‑sales and corporate development at Taleo, corporate strategy at SAP and engineering at i2. Deepak holds a BS in Computer Engineering, an MS in Computer Science from Clemson and graduated with honors from the MBA program at the Wharton School.

Albertsons is one of the largest food and drug retailers in the United States, with both strong local presence and national scale. They operate 2,300+ stores and employ more than 270,000 people across 35 states and the District of Columbia under 20 well‑known company banners.

As Group Vice President of Infrastructure Services, Vince leads a 1,100+‑person organization responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, and continual optimization of Albertsons’ national production networks and IT data centers. He also has responsibility for Albertsons’ IT service desk, ITSM team, and retail field services.

Vince and his team have recently completed the build out of two fully virtualized, automated/orchestrated software‑defined data centers with full redundancy/availability and an anticipated result of returning approximately 35% in operational savings, while at the same time raising uptime statistics from 97% to over 99.999%.

As part of their infrastructure build out, Vince and his team have implemented a new ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM platform to help Albertsons get to value fast by simplifying the IT experience, making smarter business decisions, and eliminating service outages.

Prior to Albertsons, Vince held similar executive positions at Symantec, Polycom, NetApp, and Cisco.
