Bob Osborn

Bob is an accomplished senior executive who has held many high level IT leadership positions, including Director of Logistics IT for the U.S. Army G4, Deputy J6/CIO for U.S. Transportation Command, Deputy CIO at the Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and CIO of the National Nuclear Security Administration. He has led major IT and organizational transformations throughout his career and is a thought leader recognized across the public sector market. As a user of ServiceNow, Bob led ITIL based Enterprise Service Management standardization within the Department of Energy. Bob also served as a United States Marine Corps officer for 27 years.

Chris Bedi

Chris Bedi joined ServiceNow in September 2015 and currently serves as ServiceNow’s CIO. Prior to joining ServiceNow, Bedi served as CIO of JDSU from August 2011 to March 2015 where he was responsible for IT, Facilities, and Indirect Procurement. Prior to JDSU, Bedi held various positions at VeriSign from April 2002 until August 2011, including CIO, VP Corporate Development, and VP HR Operations. Bedi began his career at KPMG Consulting from June 1996 to April 2002. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Brian Marvin

Vice President Federal Sales

Brian Marvin is Vice President Federal Sales for ServiceNow, bringing 20+ years of enterprise software sales leadership and management working with companies including Blackboard and BMC. In this role he drives the strategy for bringing the efficiency of as‑a‑service cloud technology to the operations of federal agencies.

Brian has a noted track record of turning around underperforming teams. He has successfully led change initiatives that grow existing business, develop new revenue streams, drive cost and time efficiencies, and build business partnerships all with a customer‑centric focus. Brian served as Infantry Officer in the Marine Corps and attended the U.S. Naval Academy Class of “90.
